PS3 Slim sized up: smaller, deeper, no Linux or PS2 compatibility
At this point, would-be PlayStation 3 buyers have two options: wait until next month to get the ultra-hip PS3 Slim model for $300, or plop down that same figure now for its chunkier older brother. As far as we can tell, unless you're absolutely dying to load Linux or another OS on top of the console, or have some strong aversion to matte finishes, there's really no incentive to purchase one right now without a more drastic price cut -- or if you're really lucky, perhaps you can find one of the older, discontinued models that can still play PS2 games.
Bow Wow Signs To Cash Money/Young Money
Perhaps another example of the power of Twitter, Bow Wow announced via his account that he has just signed to Cash Money/Young Money Records. The young veteran has been in quite some limbo as far as signing a deal, but now it seems that the deal is complete. After signing Drake, Kevin Rudolf, rumors of signing Omarion and others, along with the impending Hot Boyz reunion; is anyone stronger than Cash Money/Young Money right now?
Pretty Willie
Pretty Willie broke into the major-label rap game in the wake of fellow St. Louis rapper Nelly's phenomenal success. Though the city had a fertile rap scene long before Nelly became an overnight success in summer 2000, fellow St. Louis artists such as Pretty Willie never had a shot at major-label success. However, in 2002 -- a year or so after, first, Nelly's breakthrough and, in turn, the similar success of Nelly's St. Lunatics posse -- Universal unsurprisingly introduced the masses to Pretty Willie, another St. Louis rapper with cute looks and a singsong-y pop-rap style, both much like Nelly. And, again unsurprisingly, Pretty Willie's debut single, "Roll Wit Me," bared more than a coincidental resemblance to Nelly's popular hit from a year earlier, "Ride Wit Me." However, unlike Nelly, Pretty Willie struggled to scale the charts. ~ Jason Birchmeier, All Music Guide

WRIGLEY DROPS CHRIS BROWN FOR GOOD!
Back in February, when Wrigley found out that Chris Brown aka Ike Jr. was accused of whoopin’ Rihanna’s ass, the chewing gum company “suspended” their campaign with him immediately after the incident. Wrigley’s reason for putting Chris on hold was primarily based on their belief that he “should be afforded the same due process as any citizen”. Well, since Chris pled guilty to whoopin’ RiRi’s ass last month, Wrigley’s decided to drop his ass from their campaign indefinitely. OUCH!
Looks like Chris’ pockets are going to be hurting!
